Try this easy Sushi/Rice Cake recipe if you are looking for just the right snack to go with your favorite Hawaiian beer.
Ingredients
- cooked brown rice 2 cups
- chopped lemon zest
- pickled ginger
- thin sliced smoke salmon
- lemon juice 2tbspn
- sugar 2tbspn
- salt 1tspn
- round cake pan 2 ( or similar container)
Directions
- mix rice , venegar, sugar, salt and lemon zest. set aside.
- place plastic wrap bottom of cake pan.
- spread smoke salmon and ginger.
- spread rice and flatten. then cover with another plastic wrap.
- put another cake pan and press for about 30 min.
- decorate with cucumber and mayonaise (optional)
tip: it is easy to cut with plastic wrap.
