Miso is good for salad dressing. This is a no-oil dressing. If you have left over roast chicken or turkey, try this Miso flavored salad.
Ingredients for Miso Dressing
- 1 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Ingredients for Salad
- 1 breast chicken (roast or boiled)
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 onion
Directions
- Shred roast chicken by hands.
- Cut vegetables into thin slice.
- Combine Miso dressing ingredients and mix well.
- Mix vegetables and chicken with half amount of Miso dressing.
- Pour the remaining dressing just before serving.
