This is one my wife made up just for beer snacks. We had some strips of beef left over from making Japanese Niku-Jagga [beef and potato]. We had some frozen fries and she thought this would be a good combo and it was! This one went well with IPA or a good strong ale. Very easy to make and delicious to dip into catchup and snack on with beer. My wife keeps amazing me with the things she can make that turn out great, like this beef roll.
Ingredients
- thin sliced beef
- frozen fried potato
- spices for taste
Directions
- Thaw fried potato.
- Spread beef and season for taste.
- Roll potato with beef tightly.
- Cook beef until brown.
