“Mochiko” is made with sweet rice.
This tortilla is a sticky gooey texture, but interesting!
Ingredients
- Mochiko
- Radish
- Shrimp Dashi Powder
Directions
- Grate radish
- Add Shrimp Dashi and mix well.
- Add Mochiko and mix well.
Adjust Mochiko depending on the moistness of the radish. It should be thicker than pancake mix. - Flatten the dough and cook in a fry pan.
Simply eating with soy sauce and red pepper is good too.
