This is super easy to make. Cheese and garbanzo beans, just try it.
Cheese along with something crisp is always good for beer. This is another one Yuko made up. I asked for more vegetarian style snacks that are healthy and easy. I really liked this one. We found some organic garbanzo beans at a local store in cans. They are nice and would be perfect for this recipe. We are getting creative for snacks with beer. If you have something you have invented, we would love to hear about it.
Ingredients
- half cup cooked garbanzo beans
- cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
Directions
- Smash beans in the plastic bag.
- Spread cheese on the parchment paper.
- Spread smashed beans over the cheese.
- Bake in the toaster oven until cheese become brownish.
Serve hot immediately or cool on the rack for crispiness.
