This is Decorative Harumaki Stick. It is fun to make. Follow along and try this delicious beer treat.
Ingredients
- harumaki skin
- cheese
- nori sheet [seaweed]
- carrot
- potato
- flour
- water
Directions
- Cut cheese into thin strip.
- Slice vegetable very thin with peeler.
- Cut nori sheet into same length as harumaki skin.
- Make flour paste. Mix 1 tblspn and a little water.
- First, practice to make nori roll, because it is easier than vegetable one.
- Cut harumaki skin into four. See picture.
- Put nori on the skin a little to the side . See picture.
- Put cheese and start to roll angle. Seal end with flour paste.
- Roll vegetable same as nori.
- Bake in a toaster oven until crispy.
