This is good finger food for your next beer party. It is very crispy even when it is cool, so you can make it ahead of time for your party. Yuko made this one up out of her own imagination and it was perfect for sitting outside with a beer. Just stack a few in a glass and take with you while you enjoy the view. I loved em and had too many.
Ingredients
- chicken tender meat
- harumaki skin
- grated parmesan cheese
- seasoning for taste
- 1 tblspn flour
- water
Directions
- Make flour paste. Mix flour and a little of water. Set aside.
- Cut harumaki skin into half.
- Cut chicken into thin skinny long stripe and season with your favorite taste. ( I use Italian herb mix this time.)
- Spread Parmesan cheese over the harumaki skin.
- Put chicken stripe on the skin close to the edge. See picture.
- Roll like sushi and put flour paste to seal.
- Bake in a taster oven until skin become crispy.
Tip; You can cook with charcoal at your BBQ party too.
